Ambassador Ziauddin Presented his Credential to President Nicolas Maduro Moros as the non-resident Ambassador of Bangladesh to Venezuela
UsaNewsOnline.Com Desk : Bangladesh Ambassador to the USA Mohammed Ziauddin who is also concurrently accredited to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela presented his Letters of Credence to President Nicolas Maduro Moros at a grand ceremony on 10 August. The ceremony for the presentation of credential was held at the presidential Palace of Venezuela where President Moros received the Bangladesh Ambassador. The Ambassador was given a guard of honor while the Bangladesh’s national anthem was played.
President Nicolas Maduro Moros warmly welcomed the ambassador and accepted his letters of credence. During the customary brief meeting with the president, Ambassador Ziauddin conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes of the Hon’ble President and the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bangladesh. He further said that the two countries had immense scope and potentials for cooperation for mutual benefits. He also said the two countries believed in peaceful co-existence and non-violence and could work together for global peace and security.
President Moros also expressed warm wishes for the people and government of Bangladesh. He stressed on mutual support and cooperation for strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries. He also urged Bangladesh’s government’s participation in the upcoming NAM Summit to be held in Venezuela. He noted that the ideals and the principles of NAM are more relevant today than ever before.
Ambassador Ziauddin conveyed his thanks and gratitude to the Venezuelan President for the opportunity to present his Letters of Credence to him. He also sought the President’s support and blessings for the successful discharge if duties and responsibilities as the Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
