Enhancing the capacity of professionals in drug treatment : ICCE recognizes DAM
UsaNewsOnline.Com Desk : International Center for Credentialing and Education of Addiction Professionals (ICCE)) of Colombo Plan has recognized Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) for enhancing the capacity of professionals in drug treatment.
Recently a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between ICCE and Dhaka Ahsania Mission in this regard. The overall objective of this joint initiative is to increase knowledge and skill of the persons who are involved in providing drug treatment and rehabilitation.
Dhaka Ahsania Mission has been implementing drug prevention and treatment program since 1990 and received award from the Government several times. It may be mentioned here that Dhaka Ahsania Mission is the first ICCE approved Non Govt. Organization in Bangladesh which is going to work as education provider in this field. Press Release.
