STATEMENT FROM BOROUGH PRESIDENT DIAZ RE: Fatal Shooting of NYPD Sergeant in The Bronx November 4, “This afternoon, The Bronx was the scene of a horrible tragedy as two New York Police Department sergeants in the 43rd Precinct were shot, one of them fatally.
