ASAAL Staten Island Chapter Conference and Inauguration

UsaNewsOnline.Com : ASAAL Staten Island Chapter Conference 2019 and Officers Inauguration took place on Friday September 20, 2019 at 705 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY.

Many local political stars including our beloved Assemblyman Charles D. Fall, Richmond County Public Administrator Winnie Martin, Governor’s Representative Thomas Feeney, Congressman Max Rose’s Chief of staff Kevin Elkins, Senator Dian Savino’s Chief of staff Brandon Patterson and Assemblyman Michael Cusick’s Chief of staff Thomas Blancero spoke in this conference.
Many South Asian community leaders including Senegalese, Nigerian, Liberian, Gambian joined this conference and greeted our newly elected chapter leaders while themselves joining the ASAAL Staten Island Executive Committee.

Assemblyman Charles D. Fall thanks ASAAL leaderships for helping him to be elected as the first Muslim Assemblyman in New York State. He believes without ASAAL support and hard work he would not have been elected to the Assembly! He announced that, “he is very proud to be an ASAAL honorary member and will always try to promote ASAAL agendas.
Richmond County Public Administrator Winnie Martin sought ASAAL’s support in her bid for Richmond County Civil court judgeship in coming days.

All other rising stars of Richmond County politics greeted ASAAL leaderships for their dedication in organizing and mobilizing our community in Staten Island. Everyone was appreciating ASAAL Organizing skills as last County Committee Election 41 ASAAL coalition members became Richmond County Committee Members, a record no organization hold.
