Danueal Drayton Extradited from California

Usanewsonline.com Desk: Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz today announced that Danueal Drayton, the suspect in the death of Samantha Stewart, has been extradited from Los Angeles, Calif. Drayton was being sought following the discovery of the 29-year-old nurse’s remains in her Springfield Gardens, Queens, home on July 17, 2018.

Drayton allegedly fled New York to avoid prosecution. He will appear before a judge tomorrow morning in the Queens Courthouse at 125-10 Queens Boulevard, Kew Gardens, NY. Press Release
