USANewsOnline.Com, New York : Recently the pilot project of Young Leadership Seminar by "Grace for All" Foundation held at Queens, New York. Non-profit organization "Grace for All" Foundation's CEO Dima Nefartity, the advisory board and the Bangladeshi-American youth generation in the diaspora attended the program.
The round table discussion was titled as "Thoughts of Youth from Bangladeshi American Diaspora". It was morderated by Dima Nefartity, the CEO of the foundation. Brooklyn Specialized High School students Nibras Imam Chowdhury, Swapneel Kazi, Nabeel Hasan, Naeem Islam, Zarif Abdullah, Adian Chowdhury participated in the discussion. Bangladeshi-American youth community philosophy in diaspora, the positive aspects of living in a dual-culture, positive aspects of American Education, where they want to see themselves in the next ten years, being immigrant parents' kids how they can enlighten the society of the native countries,; all of these were the discussion topics. Brooklyn Specialized High School students expressed their thoughtful views on such topics.
The organizers said that the youth at home and abroad are the main driving force of future economic growth, cultural empowerment and social progress. Therefore, parents and related institutions have to work tirelessly for the holistic development of their psyche. Care must be taken to ensure that the youth of Bangladeshi origin, children of Bangladeshi parents do not suffer from a sense of alienation in the culture of expatriation. Let the role of children of Bangladeshi parents be success and glory in the modern world. Peace activists Mahmuda Moon, Muktadir Mawla, Mahmuda Mawla were also present among the organizers.
The organizers also said that this seminar is basically a pilot project, such dialogue will be continued in the future with the participation of a large number of young representatives. At the end of the program, on the occasion of the birthday of talented young Nibras Imam Chowdhury, the book "A Brief History of Time" by the scientist Stephen Hawking was presented to him by "Grace for All" Foundation as a token of inspiration and encouragement.
