SAFEST Youth’s Iftaar Event on June 10th
UsaNewsOnline.Com Desk, New York : The South Asian Youth Leadership Team would like to invite you to attend our first Iftaar event this Ramadan on June 10th! The event will take place at Star Kabab Restaurant (168-21 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11432) at 7 pm. Ramadan is a very special and important month for us and we would like to invite you to spend an evening with us to celebrate the blessings of the month.
SAFEST is a nonprofit community-based organization in New York City created to educate and integrate undeserved newcomers, who are usually South Asian immigrants, into the civic and economic life of New York. The Youth Leadership Team under SAFEST strives to empower the community and provide an outlet for youth to be involved by bringing youth to the front-lines of change.
