The United African Coalition Endorses Nathalia Fernández for Bronx Borough President

UsaNewsOnline.Com Desk, New York – Today, the United African Coalition announces their endorsement of Assemblywoman Nathalia Fernández, candidate for Bronx borough president. 

“In the aftermath of the COVID-19 carnage that further exposed the inequality in America and disproportionately impacted the poor and black and brown communities, it is time to elect progressive candidates who genuinely cares about our community and are not afraid to stand up to the status quo and fight for socio and economic justice for Bronxites. The United African Coalition is confident that Nathalia Fernandez, when elected, will fight for the long overdue change to achieve equity for every Bronx resident, and this is why we are endorsing Nathalia Fernandez for Bronx Borough President,” said Bukola Shonuga, Executive Director.

The United African Coalition, UNAC is a political institution serving as the umbrella organization representing the electoral interest of the 3 million continental Africans in the United States. Since its founding in 2013, UNAC continues to educate its constituents on the importance of civic engagement to ensure their voices are heard and to make sure they vote.

UNAC’s endorsement comes shortly after the Union of Arab Women endorsed Assemblywoman Nathalia  Fernández’s campaign.
