Application submitted on behalf of 39-01 QB LLC for a waiver of the Rules of Procedure, an extension of time to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy, an amendment to a previous approval and an extension of term for a Special Permit previously approved to allow a physical culture establishment within an M1-4 District in Queens Community District 2.

- Application submitted on behalf of White Castle System, Inc., for a Special Permit to allow an eating and drinking establishment with an accessory drive-thru within a C1-2/R4 District in Queens Community District 3.
