A Case For The Crime Of Genocide Filed In International Criminal Court Against Mayanmar Government

Quaium Chowdhury, President of US – Bangladesh Progressive Democracy and Human Rights Forum ; and a Lawyer of the Supreme Court– has filed a complaint petition yesterday 9.23. 2017 in the International Court of Justice and in the International Criminal Court against the Mayanmar State and Suu Kiy Government — for committing the Crime of Genocide, Crime against Humanity and many other henious Crimes in Myanmar– by ordering and instigating it’s military & security forces, Police, all law enforcement agencies and Local Rakhine Gangsters; requesting the Chief Prosecutor – for investigation of these atrocities- to held trial against the said Criminals and to convict them under the International Criminal Law, Law of Rome Statute and the Law of of Genocide Convention. Further Requested the International Courts to pass order directing the Mayanmar Government to Stop and prevent Genocide, Human Rights violation and abuses occurring in the State of Mayanmar everyday against the Rohigya population ; and further Requested the International Courts– to pass order directing the Mayanmar Government to — take back all the Rohingya Refugees to their respective Mayanmar Homeland – with honor, security and dignity providing then — all human & fundamental Democratic rights & privileges along with the rights to vote, education, health care, right to property And so on.
