BCCDI and PeopleNtech Career Development and Job Seminar Grand Opening Ceremony

USA NEWS: BCCDI and PeopleNTech have jointly started new project call “Career Development and Job Seminars”  for Washington DC metro area’s Bengali community. The project Grand opening ceremony and inauguration has held on PeopleNTech Corporate offices at 1604 Spring Hill Road, Vienna, Virginia on Last Saturday, March 19 at 5:00 pm. Project inaugurated by Bangladesh Ambassador to USA  Akramul Quader.

The grand Ceremony started with ribbon cutting by  Akramul Quader.    The hall was pretty full with interested audience including many leaders and community activist from the area. The ceremonial event was colorful, organized and very professional.  Event has started after reception with light refreshment. First, BCCDI’s president  Pryalal Karmakar and PeopleNTech’s CEO  Abubokor Hanip presented the insight out of the new project. They have well described the necessity, contributor, building network, beneficiaries, audience, and how they are going to run the project first Sunday of each month from 5-7 pm.  Other Speakers were PeopleNTech’s President Mrs. Farha Hanip, VP  Christopher Dodd, BCCDI’s Cultural Director Afroza Khanom Bithi, Program Director Samshur Rahaman Tusar, Ex president Dr. Arifur Rahman,  Ektara Founder and Ex BCCDI Director Sheikh Maowla Milan, President of Bangladesh Society of Washington DC Dr. Abdur Razzaque, Community activist  Mozahrul Haque, University of Maryland professor Dr. Em Pannah, Deputy chief of Mission  Jasim Uddin.  At last but not least Akramul Quader has expressed his speech. He mentioned that a plenty of Bangladeshi talented graduates are expert in Information Technology, we need to use their expertise by outsourcing projects in Bangladesh.

 Shown’s presentation (Emcee) was excellent and remarkable in whole event. After grand opening ceremony BCCDI and PeopleNTech has served dinner for all attendees. Their first Career Development and Job Seminer will be held on Sunday May 1^st, 2011 at the same location (announcement are coming soon with detail).
