Former Democratic City Council Candidate Helal Sheikh said, “It’s not about the party,” standing outside his former campaign headquarters with members of the Bengali community. “It’s about the person who I believe can do it better for our community.
Eric Ulrich said, “I was endorsed by Helal Abu Sheikh the former Democratic City Council Candidate who finished a strong second in the Primary Election. Sheikh received more than 1,500 votes and remains a respected leader in the Bangladeshi community. I am honored to have his support for my re-election!”
