UsaNewsOnline.Com, Michigan : The Michigan Bangladeshi American Democratic Caucus (MI-BADC) organized 2016 Hillary Election Rally on Saturday, November 5 at the Gates of Columbus, 9632 Conant Street, Hamtramck, MI 48212 in Hamtramck, MI. The national co-ordination of the Rally was BADC-USA and the host was MI-BADC 14th Congressional District. 2016 is a very important election year in the history of our time. We are only two days away from making a history by electing Hillary as the 1st Woman President of the United States of America. The speakers outlined contrast between the two platforms. They stressed the importance of this year’s election comparing a platform of Hillary with hope and prosperity against Trump’s platform of division and scare tactics. They pointed that the 2016 election is a very important election year in the history of America. Michigan is a key state and MUST win for Hillary. So, the speakers asked the Rally attendees to Get Out to Vote to make a history by electing Hillary as the 1st Woman President of the United States of America. The Rally goers were fired up to work harder in the grassroots to win Michigan for Hillary and Democrats. Dinner was served for the Rally attendees.MI-BADC founder and BADC-USA President Dr. Nazmul Hassan (Shahin) was the chief coordinator of the Rally. He asked the Rally attendees that the stakes are higher in this election and that they all shall vote and ask others to vote. Dr. Shahin thanked John Ulaj for his support in running special advertisement of the rally in his Hamtramck Reviews. He also thanked Abdallah Sheikh, Foysal Chowdhury, Musharraf Chowdhury, Jackie and the Bangladeshi American community leaders in Michigan for their support to the Election Rally. A special tribute was made to late BADC leaders Mr. Abu Hanif and Mrs. Janet Uddin. The Rally started with a national Anthem played by a group of youth Bangladeshi Americans and administered by former MI-BADC President Ripa Haq. MI-BADC President Arif Mahmud gave the welcome speech. MI-BADC Executive VP Zubarul Chowdhury Khokon, VP Sulaimna Bahar, VP Sadek Rahman, VP Zia Haq, General Secretary Kazi Sohel Ahmed, Joint Secretary Mosharrof Hossain, Assistant Joint Secretary Muhith Mahmud, BADC Board of Trustees Dr. Seraj, Dr. Mohammad Azim, Dr. Zaqirul Haque (Tuku), Isaac Robinson, BADC Leaders Mohammed Zaman, Monzur Khan, Kawser Dewan, Fakrul Islam Bacchu, Hafij Fakrul, Farzana Haque, Anam Uddin, Babul Miah, Rahat Khan, MA Matin, Masum, Mohammad Hafij, and 14th District Committee Chairman Armani Asad and many community leaders worked harder in making this rally a success.
